Andrea Costa

I grew up with a father and an uncle supporters of Fausto Coppi, but I saw my first stage of Giro in 1983: it was a winning spint of Guido Bontempi. Later I became an architect, always losing myself along Giro’s routes.

Andrea Costa, architect, since 2010 works for Italian Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities. Together with Paolo Bozzuto is among the authors of “Historical Atlas of Cycling in Lombardy”. Thanks to “Senzagiro” he achieves an early dream: for once in life, he’ll be admitted to follow the Giro as a suiver.
